Our Services

  • Therapy consultations are initial meetings between a therapist and an individual, family, or couple seeking therapy services. They serve as an opportunity for both parties to get to know each other, discuss therapy goals and expectations, and determine if they are a good fit to work together. Consultations  help establish rapport, build trust, and ensure a clear understanding of what therapy entails. If the therapist and client(s) decide to proceed with therapy, they can discuss scheduling, frequency of sessions, and any necessary paperwork or consent forms.

  • Individual therapy, also known as counseling or psychotherapy, is a confidential space where individuals discuss their thoughts, emotions, and concerns with a trained mental health professional. The therapist provides tailored support, guidance, and evidence-based interventions to promote self-awareness, coping skills, conflict resolution, personal growth, and emotional well-being. It can address anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, stress management, and self-esteem issues, among other mental health concerns.

  • Couples therapy is a form of therapy that aims to enhance the relationship between partners by improving communication, resolving conflicts, and strengthening their bond. It is a collaborative process where a trained therapist works with both partners to identify issues and provides guidance and tools to improve their connection.

Couples therapy can benefit couples at any stage of their relationship, focusing on improving communication skills, managing conflicts, rebuilding trust, and enhancing intimacy.

  • Therapy intern supervision is a crucial component of training and professional development for aspiring therapists. During this process, therapy interns work closely with experienced and licensed supervisors who guide and oversee their clinical work. The supervision sessions provide interns with a supportive and educational environment to discuss and reflect on their cases, therapeutic approach, and professional growth. Supervisors offer feedback, guidance, and expertise to help interns enhance their therapeutic skills and ethical practices. This supervision is essential for interns to develop their clinical competence, build self-awareness, and cultivate a deep understanding of the therapeutic process. Ultimately, therapy intern supervision plays a vital role in ensuring the quality and effectiveness of therapy services provided by future therapists.
